My Friend Jack

his name was Jack
he was black
and white and brown
I rarely saw him frown
most of the time his tail was wagging madly
Jack did what he liked and obeyed badly
he had fun in the rain
and fun in the sun and no pain
but his time was up in the end
I lost a dear little friend
